School carnival

Your elementary school had a carnival to

raise funds for a teacher who was recently

diagnosed with cancer.

There were lots of fun activities

including face painting. The school was able

to raise $7,000+ dollars to help with

medical costs.

Knitted headbands - part 2

Big Rock Candy Mountain

We took the kids on a day trip during Spring Break

to the Big Rock Candy Mountain. The kids loved

climbing the mountain and seeing all the different

colored rocks and sand. It was the perfect

outdoor playground for them. The rocks were

Jaynee's favorite...they really did seem like candy.

Park fun

About a mile from our house, a new

park had just opened up. And we

wanted to go check it out. Here's you

I love when little kids finally figure

out to draw people. But I also love when they

draw them looking like ameoba with stick arms

coming out of their ears...you know the kind!

Jaynee has always taken in interest in drawing

as far back as I can remember. She has become

quite the artist over the past few years. We

love her style and creativity. And of course,

you can't have a picture without a funny face!

Long drives

Long drives always bring out the best in us!

As much as he may think Jaynee is annoying,

because little sisters usually are. We

think he really digs her.

He's been such a good brother and Jaynee

always loves to play and do whatever

Kason is be doing. That's where the

annoying part comes in. Hang in there, Kason!

You'll really miss your sister when you

two get older and move away.

Flower clips

Mom found some really cheap and

adorable silk flowers one day at Wal-mart

and decided it would be fun to make our own.

So Mom taught Kaylee how to make them and

she ended up making them all by herself.

And of course, you got to model them!

Mom with some holiday baking and

I think she decided to help herself to some

of the Hershey kisses too.
